Do you do Commissions?
Currently, I am not accepting commissions.
When do you ship and where from?
I usually post once per week, normally on Fridays!
This is because I'm not a full time artist and always have to see how to best organize my various tasks etc.
My studio is located in my house in the German countryside. This is where I create all of the artworks and also run my little shop.
Right now I do everything by myself but I'm planning to try out a print-on-demand partner in the near future.
How long does the shipping take?
From when I post the orders (usually on fridays) it should take about
1-3 days for orders within Germany,
3-9 days for orders within Europe and
7-14 days for orders from outside Europe.
Please note that shipping times can always vary. I have seen orders take 3 weeks to arrive in the US. The above mentioned shipping times are estimates that I made based on my own experience running an art shop for several years.
I also do provide tracking numbers for all orders.
Why do I need to sign something upon delivery?
In the past I have only offered standard shipping without tracking. I want to upgrade this for security of the ordered items. Within Germany there is the option to send a tracked envelope without requiring the recipient to sign anything, but outside of Germany there isn't any such option. It's either tracking + signature or no tracking and no signature.
How about returns?
If you're unhappy with your purchase please contact me and we will find a solution!
If you need to return an item for any reason, please get in touch with me within 30 days of your purchase. If the return is due to an error on my part, I will, of course, cover all return shipping costs. For other reasons, the return shipping will be at your expense. Once I receive the item back in its original condition, I will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Thank you for your understanding!
What if my order got damaged on its journey?
Though I always strive to make my practices as eco-friendly as possible, I do use plastic foil to package my artworks. Ultimately, it's the best protection against water and rain. The envelopes I send orders in are also reinforced to minimize the chance of damage, though, unfortunately, accidents can still happen. If your order arrives in less-than-ideal condition, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact me as soon as possible. We'll work together to find a solution.
Adn what if my order is lost?
If the tracked shipping doesn't provide any useful information about your order’s whereabouts and it has already exceeded the estimated delivery time, please contact me! We will investigate the issue and work together to find a solution.
